Just curious as to what kind of females Lifeline works best on.  I know he is almost as "legendary" in Texas as Heat Wave....but what does he click best with.  Thanks for any information.  ALso, what is Carpe Diem working on?  Again, thank you for any information.

Jeff,
Does Lifeline work better on PB Charolais or Crossed Charolais.  I have a PB Cigar daughter and a crossed Full FlushX Joe's Pride charolais daughter that I am considering breeding to him.  Both have plenty of muscle and shape to them.  I'd like to stouten up (bone wise) the Cigar daughter and keep (or add more) muscle to both.  Again, thanks for the information

From what I've seen and heard, the lifeline cross on Charolais, crosses or purebreds is best. Carpe Diem has been used by Kroupa on every kind, color, and description. He seems to like him very much.

I have just used him recently and have been happy with him. Here is a 5 day old Lifeline bull calf that is out of a Taz x Popeye cow. I think he'll be OK to sell in the spring. I'll be breeding the cow back the same way in few months.

The Lifeline we are all talking about was raised by Buck unless everything I've ever been told or heard was wrong.  Kris Black got in on him and later Lautner.

Lifeline also works well on real good Angus cows (what doesn't).  We have a couple of halfblood Lifeline sons from Kris that have sired great replacement females for us.

Lifeline  was raised by mark mueller it was either a cow owned in partnership with jirl or an embryo that he bought from mark I can't remember the exact story but it is something like that. So yes he does have a bk prefix but they both had a hand in raising/breeding lifeline.

Lifeline is one of the bulls that was owned by several.  Corky Wise is one of the major owners and they have bought out some of the others.  He was not cared for real well by one owner.....or over used and they thought he would die for a while....

His calves all seem to have a good appetite and the ones I have been around have great attitudes, unlike Habanero....who throws some great calves too and once in a while the chi comes out with a nasty attitude.  IMHO.

He will work on just about anything.... he throws a great deal of red ones..... I would use him on Angus, Red Angus, Shorthorns, Semis, Lemis, Charlottes, Crosses, Maines, and Brangus.  They will be downsized, sq., good tops, hair, wonderful dispositions, and they can move.... at least this has been our experience.

She was flushed and Mueller sold Lifelines full sister in his sale-and Lifeline went to Bucks after his sale-Mueller raised him.
