Mixing Kleen Sheen and vinegar

Is it required that you blow in Kleen Sheen Vinegar 1/2 and 1/2 ? I cant have a blower until next year so I was hoping I could just blow it in?
Tell me if this is flawed please: I want to use the 1/2 and 1/2 everyday, comb it in, train the hair forward and up(45' angle) , then wash them out once a week. I thought that you should wash them out more often than that. I will not be starting to break my calves or work their hair until the 1st of April so I dont want anything that will weigh down the hair or heat up the hide. Also do you put the Kleen Sheen and Vinegar in with a spray bottle like the one below if you dont have a fogger/ misster?

Everything you said sounds good. You can use a spray bottle like the one you pictured. If you don't have a blower, you can just comb it in and let it air dry. Neither Keen Sheen or vinegar will weigh down the hair, but washing them once a week like you said is a good idea. If you can rinse them every so often, that is also good to do.
