I asked this last week and never got a response...there has to be lots of them out there. I have two that we are breeding this month and wanted to know what might work on them?
We have 5 Monopoly Heifers I have included some pics. We have only had to help one calve it was not a hard pull we usually don't let heifers mess around for too long. 2 of the heifers are Monopoly X Who Made Who twins here they are in a old post http://www.steerplanet.com/bb/index.php?topic=11849.msg133224#msg133224 . One of the twins have calved unassisted and the other is due any day. So far all the heifers have had enough milk and and the calves are growing.
Pic 1 and 2 is Monopoly 1st calf heifer with her Tyson steer calf at side
Pic 3 and 4 is a Monoply1st calf heifer with her Tyson Heifer calf at side
Pic 4 is a likely our best Monopoly 1st calf heifer she did not stay to her Tyson service and has a heifer from our clean up bull a Hall's Wells Fargo Son
They have average milk for a heifer nothing over abundant. The utters are nicely shaped and our cow herd has pretty good milk. I will put up pictures of the twins once they both have calved I don't want to jinx the other one. The twin that has calved is smaller all round but I think she has good milk for her size.
I really like the looks of your Monopoly heifer, especially the one with the white mark. She looks like she is going to make a great brood cow. The others look good as well, but that one kinda sticks out to me, at least from the pictures. I may change my mind if I saw them in person.
