Nephews first set fair pigs...thoughts?

this is our first year raising pigs for the fair.  We aren't even sure of what we are doing so any help will be soooo appreciated.  this pig-Lefty weighs 220 and we go to the fair in a week.  We know they are smaller than they should be weight wise but with no electric during the 10 hottest days of the year set us back.  Any ideas or thoughts?

Here is Righty...she only weighs 197.  I couldn't get a great shot of either one of them coming towards me, but then again, I am not sure of what pose you need to evaluate a pig so hopefully you can tell something from these.  Thanks

nice pigs - feed them hard and get as much cover on them as you can before the show

Get them on some paylean to see ifyou can't get them to put more pounds on.    Normally, if they were closer to the ideal weight, we'd be feeding something like full tank or depth charge to get that depth & ribshape built in.. but if you do that now, you'll sacrifice a lot of pounds..    So show day, assuming you do NOT have to weigh back..  I would get them to eat and drink as much of whatever they will .. gatorade, unmedicated milk replacer, whatever ..    and that will give them some depth..

Thanks for the nice advice.  They both did did gain the last week, around 25# each. We used not only the pay lean but a fat product called Frosting and it really worked well and they loved it.  Righty,nthe smaller one of the two, weighed in at 220 and won her class, the lightest class, but still the judge liked her.
Lefty, the one we thought was better, weighed in at 245 and placedt second in her class to one of the champions so we were happy with that outcome.  Especially since it is our first time with piggies. Watch out next year...we have learned a few things
Oh yeah, and my nephew got Reserve Champion Novice Showman too!
