Great way to put it.  I was thinking the same thing along the line of pulling tractors and farm tractors.  Thanks for your input!

Another way to put it.....one pays for the other.

Commercial cattle are a "bread and butter" business.  They give you a living.  Show cattle are more of a hobby field, way to spend amazing travel time with family and friends.
