What Simmental Heifer Bull to use on Chopper x Angus Heifers?

In Dew Time has a CE EPD in the top 3% of the breed at a .95 accuracy.  That's pretty darn high calving ease and highly, highly proven.

Yes I know I have used hundreds of units of him and have seen some Chopper heifers calved out and I do not feel IDT CE is enough for them as they come pretty square and blocky. That's why I suggested using Angus.
