More common sense in the juvenile justice system ( at least in Canada). More consequences for your actions. I am probably sounding like an old geezer, but that because I am! Our court system seems to have lost all common sense. Example: A few weeks ago, 3 young men pleaded guilty to shooting 4 ducks out of season. The judge fined them $16,000. In the same court room, with the same judge a couple hours later, a man who pleaded guilty of beating his wife, and had over 40 previous convictions was fined $300. Like I said, NO common sense.
