No matter what breed it is VERY hard to be Grand Champion once much less twice in two years at a major.  Plus the management of the cow to keep her in such good show shape.  I (knowing very little about milk cows) would think that it is a huge management feat. Beautiful dairy cow.

Bull and heifer are Septembers.  Don't discount the baby on the cow.  She is an April.  Too small in picture to tell much about her however she is starting to develop as she matures.  Here is a picture of the cow with last years calf.

Wow is correct.  Great job Brad.  Congratulations to Julie Choate from Missouri on the Grand bred and owned cow calf pair and the reserve cow calf pair.  Way to go Julie.

The calf at side is sired by Hamms Mogo.

The pair is the Champion Bred and Owned Female (Perfect Mac x SCR Frenchy)  and the Bull is the Champion Bull (Firewater X SCR Frenchy)  from the KC Charolais Jr Nationals.  The heifer is the Division one champion. (Firewater x Prime Cut).  I still love out Prime Cut females. 

Personally most people I know that have a "buzz on" either act goofy, stupid or are just plain mean drunks.  Alcohol doesn't sound like the answer to "slowing an animal down".  Also pjkjr4, sugar tends to make most humans hyper and it sounds like the cherry koolaide mixed with alcohol stimulated...
