was just wondering if anyone had ever fed any and if you have what did you think of it
Show Heifer said:I knew someone that fed it, and SteerCaddy is right, the cows will eat 8-12 pounds a day even if they are on good hay.
Do yourself a favor and go buy a quality supplement for more money, and get a bigger bang for your buck.

CM Livestock said:i have 225 cow s on stalks and they eat 1 ton every 4 to 5 days thats a 1.75 to 2.25 lbs per day thats acceptable i think at $0.095 per lbs thats about $0.19 oer day
Steer4Caddy said:It's cheap and I suppose that's good. But at 60% water and a TDN level equal to what poor quality grass is, I would definitely buy a quality liquid supplement. It will work but the intakes must be double what a quality supplement would be to deliver equal nutrition. For instance, if it costs $190, you could spend $380 for Purina's Sup-R-Lix (which will cost no more than $330) and get the same nutrition and put it out half as often. I've heard intaks on Mix 30 of 10-12 lbs. a day. That's not cheap.
there are a few dealers local and i sell a little my self i was just wondering what everyone else thought of the product i do feed minersl with itbraunvieh said:Where do you get Mix 30? Through a local co-op or from a dealer?
