Club calves?
Haven't seen too many gcc bulls from genetics that have much semen sales.
Haven't seen many gcc deep pedigrees.
whose programs does this sale help.

Irish whiskey, broker, steel force, chopper, cervesa, wizard, chill factor, gold standard, duff Angus 011, are just a few of their bulls that have done over $50k in semen sales, a few over $100k+. A lot of folks fooling with commercial show cattle has some of their genetics in their herd. (thumbsup)

knabe said:the phrase "grass to grid" does not imply a show ring application.
Perhaps the sale should be renamed?
Who uses these cattle for excelling on grass and on the grid with no grain.
Perhaps the excel on grass and on grain, then the grid?
Not sure why show cattle, if that's what they are , have a commercial sounding advertising program.
Stacked Curia and Irish whisky influence in no way excel in performance of any kind, both in terms of carcass quality or performance. Perhaps there is data otherwise. Not sure about the other Bulls in the battery
Exactlyknabe said:I get it. They have show cattle. That's it.
This sale is the female equivalent of the grass to grid sale.
Thanks for the clarification.
All those cattle, no data.

The sale is called the GCC Classic . Their bull sale in the spring is or was called the grass to grid bull sale. Not sure why u and xxcc got off in left field but the original post was about the Classic sale this past Saturday. I'm not a gcc pr guy so maybe call John about ur dismay over the name of his bull sale. Like usual, so quick to be critics instead of sticking to the original topic ... (argue)

Was $68 k I think. Somewhere in the high $60k range.retired said:If we can get back on topic does anybody know what the lot 3 heifer brought
