I am a substitute cook at our school, with all the state subs. I can't imagine it going vegetarian.  Plus it would be so expensive to convert and not cost efficient.  Lunch programs are barely getting out of the red so I can't see it happening totally.  Every now and then I can see but not totally.

If he is a beginner, I'd highly suggest going to Chuck McCullough's fitting clinic.  He is so good with the kids and can really get the kid doing the work.  Check Maine Aim Ranch's website he travels all over the country.

My heifer bull o choice is Majors Money Man  he's a reliable bull, and his calves will at least be able to be registered Maine-Tainers.  I've had a very easy time marketing the calves from him and have used him and a money man son to a large extent with great calving ease.
