One of my best rising two-year old bulls is a half sibling mating at 12.99% inbreeding. I will probably breed him to his mother at the end of the year after she calves, and he is currently running with his maternal half sibling. Good family that just seems to improve by the generation!

As I've said before coyote, this bull is a snorter! Coming from a tight programme like yours, I'm sure the results are predictable.

A more balanced female is difficult to imagine. Great one there, clearly makes a myth of the 'hard calving' Trump notion!

I agree, if your cow has produced 10-12 calves that have not improved on her, then you should either have sold her a long time ago, or, have changed your breeding programme!

doc-sun: Although I am a purist as far as pedigrees go, if I was in North America with my current herd I would be experimenting 'big time' with these genetics! The thickness and muscle expression on your bulls is exceptional, compliments! (clapping)
