    Aurochs clones escape Edinburgh University

A poor starving artist? I'll only think about it Knabe. Cunia, like everything else, is telling a story. Very straight in his shoulder and bucking at the knees. Sounds familiar. Do I see him having a rat tail as well. IMO - An Achilles Heel for just about everyone who have used Clubby, Maine...

    Aurochs clones escape Edinburgh University

This is totally off topic (hijacking) but it has some reference to Aurochs and even a glimpse in the creation of Agriculture. It's actually about why our ancestors made the very first images. An educational as well as entertaining BBC film. For those who have a little time. AJ. You should...

Thoughs on PVF Insight Heifer UPDATE Photo 8-15-15

I doubt one could draw a profile any better. She's near perfect from the side, IMO. If she travels well then I would say she is super-duper good. Insight seems to be the new buzz.

    No Surprise X Pericles

Sure looks good! Like the genetics, both top and bottom. Excited to see his progress.

    Thoughts on PVF Insight

OB - I'll have to agree 100% but there has been a lot of buzz on that guy. Go figure. I believe there is a full bother on a video that IMO was more functional. I think his name is Radiance.

    Structure Wreck or ??

He just needs to be designed a little different through the shoulder region, IMO. He's pretty steep in his angles with those front feet and legs not having too much room but to toe out and the knees to come forward. He's a question mark when you start to feed one like that as heavier weights can...

    Thoughts on PVF Insight

A friend in Iowa bought some semen and I looked at his video. Thought he looked good, super thick (one of the chunkiest Angus I've seen) and put together in a nice package. My main concern is that he does not want to reach out on those front legs and is pretty choppy on the move. With that said...

    Dr. Who heifer

Like her breeding and look. I can see a potential I-80 or Benz mating in the future.

    Daddy's Money Calves

What is the name of Daddy's Money's brother? JPF Team Blake. Owned with Martin Livestock And Jon Pettigrew. JPF Code Black sold in Denver is another full brother. IMO, all pretty good bulls.

    NAME THE BULL!

No, that was "David", owned by Bright Bros. in Cal.. His sire was "Lerch".

Steer show classifications...is it time to change?

Couldn't agree with you more ZNT. The color system is simple and it works not only in the show ring but in the real beef world. To me it's the only way to divide these classes fairly without any bias.

    NAME THE BULL!

I breed a few hereford cows to this guy in the mid 80's. Thought he was pretty good for his day.

    Daddy's Money Calves

I think your cows' genetics may have added to his power. I've always thought he was going to sire some stout calves but no cow killers. I liked Daddys Money but think his full brother might be more practical with a tick more refinement in structure.

BC II Skyfall 2812 Angus Bull

Like her a bunch. He sure looks like a calving ease bull. Are they coming easy?

    Some old maine bulls

All bulls listed saw some use. I don't know which Sunny View bull you have in the tank (some of those were really nice pedigrees). Enticer, bred by DMCC, is out of a really nice cow and could work on some small framed cows.

What to use on First Calf Heifers

HAB - I believe you've sold me on Moto Moto. Heifer calf in pic looks pretty special. Hope you keep us updated on her progress.

    I Deliver

From a pedigree standpoint this guy is really linebred especially on the bottom side. Goes back to some great producing cow families as well as any bull out there. I think he would work on cows that are very correct in their design with very little of the same genetics. I would think big footed...

    Picture of the day

That's an impressive looking bull. What's the date of photo?

Suggestions on what to breed I 80 heifer to

With what you discribed, I think Gucci would be a safe choice. He would help loosen her up a bit over the top and give you calving ease. Mercedes Benz and Comfort Zone get a little too close genetically for me. Moto Moto would be another option that is unique, especially if you want to add hair...
